The Circle of Grackles is a group of the Court that is lead by Prince Balekin.
Purpose
The Circle of Grackles enjoy merriment and scorn anything getting in the way of it. They drink themselves sick and numb themselves with poisonous and delightful powders. They are committed to decadence, and their debauchery is legendary. It is well known that the courtiers who attend the revels in Hollow Hall are indolent pleasure seekers.
