The Circle of Grackles is lead by Prince Balekin
Purpose
The Circle of Grackles enjoy merriment and scorn anything getting in the way of it. They drink themselves sick and numb themselves with poisonous and delightful powders. However, when speaking to people out side their circle they always seem sober.
They also wanted Balekin to become the next High King due to their closeness to him.
