History[]

The Court of Termites was formed when the Seelie Court and the Unseelie Court joined tougher under the rule of Roiben to create the a new Court.

The Court of Termites is responsible for the holding of Madoc’s forces for years. A rumor spread the idea that Roiben’s joining the High Court of Elfhame was widely considered to be a masterstroke of diplomacy, negotiated by Prince Dain against Madoc’s wishes.

However this back fires in The Wicked King when Cardan sent his legions to attack the Court of Termites and Kaye Fierch, Lord Roiben's favored consort, was injured in the attack. The Court of Termites is was forbidden from retaliating. Lord Roiben then uses his request to have Jude avenge him.

The Court of Termites allied with the High Court when Jude asked them to back up putting Cardan on the throne, in return, Jude must fulfill a request of Lord Roiben's. That request became Jude killing Balekin to avenge the court after the Undersea. attacked them. The two courts remain tense.
