Edir is a faerie and a musician who plays by the Lake of Masks.
Physical Description[]
Edir has impossibly bright green hair the color of new leaves. He also wears reed pipes around his neck.
Personality[]
Edir is very charming and easy to get along with; he also greatly admires Taryn. He plays songs for her under her balcony. Edir is very sweet and seems to be shy. After Locke came over and asked Taryn if Edir was amusing, Edir is hurt and his smile crumbles.
Biography[]
The Lost Sisters[]
Edir was a musician at a revel that Locke takes Taryn to. Edir is seen admiring Taryn and Locke urges her to go talk to him. Taryn does and she asks him if he is the one who plays music under her balcony, which Edir bashfully admits to be the one playing. They then dance together, though Locke soon comes and breaks it up. Kissing Taryn and asking her if Edir was amusing. Taryn replies that he was very amusing, hurting Edir in the process. Taryn then realizes how dissmissve she sounds, just Prince Cardan or Nicasia.
Edir is later heard to be playing a song about a mortal girl with great beauty who is cruel.
Queen of Nothing[]
Edir is seen when Jude is hurrying to the palace to try and stop what she thinks will be a attempt on Cardan's life. He is in a group of musicians and seems to mistake Jude for Taryn. Edir compliments Jude on the flute, Jude then offers to give it to him if he would take the note she put in it, the note saying to expect a assassination attempt on Cardan, to one of the Living Council members.
