Mikey is a human and the cousin of Heather. She plays a supporting role in The Honest Folk.
Personality[]
Mikey is not accustomed to being in large groups, especially around people significantly older than her. Despite her reserved nature, Heather suggests that Mikey might be highly intelligent, possibly even a genius.
Biography[]
Mikey has been homeschooled throughout most of her life. At sixteen, she transitioned to formal education and began her first semester at the local community college, where her cousin Heather also studies. Heather and her close-knit group of friends have taken Mikey under their wing to help her adjust to the new environment.
The Honest Folk[]
Mikey joins Heather, Carl, and Rose at Brew-ha-ha Café, a regular hangout spot for the group. During their visit, Mikey is the first to notice Vivienne, a striking newcomer at the café, and points her out to Heather. With curiosity, Mikey comments on Vivienne's attractiveness and observes that she seems to be staring at Heather. Heather, embarrassed by the remark, casts an accusatory glance at Carl, blaming him for influencing her younger cousin's behavior.[1]
